What Happened I am filing this complaint because Levy & Associates has failed to return money that is legally owed to me following a released garnishment order. The XXXX XXXX XXXX processed a Release of Garnishment, and the funds that were previously taken from my bank account were supposed to be returned to me. According to the court, the garnishment was satisfied and the funds were sent to Levy & Associates. However, even though the garnishment was released and satisfied, Levy & Associates has not refunded the money to me, has ignored multiple follow-ups, and continues to send me emails confirming the garnishment satisfaction without issuing the refund. ________________________________________ Timeline A garnishment was processed through XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Ohio. A Release of Garnishment was issued by the court, directing that the funds be returned to me. The garnished funds were paid to Levy & Associates from the court.
