b'I am writing to submit a formal complaint against American Express. \n\nAmerican Express \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, UT XXXX\n XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX; I applied online for the Blue Cash Everyday Card. \n\nApplication No. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX USD\n\nLetter Attached \n\nAmerican Express denied my application, and falsely claims that I have no credit card account on my credit bureaux report. \n\nI do have, however, an open credit card account on my credit report.\n\nI appealed the baseless decision to deny my application and did inform the bank that I do have a credit card account on credit bureaux report. The bank, however, disregarded my appeal and denied the application. \n\n\nI believe that the bank is biased against me and discriminating against me on the basis of national origin, age, gender, perceived ethnicity, perceived race, and perceived religion.'
