I returned the item using the prepaid shipping label provided by XXXX. XXXX tracking confirms the package was accepted and delivered. XXXX claim that the box was received empty is inaccurate. I shipped the item securely and in good faith and no longer have it in my possession. Any loss occurred after the package left my control.
