XXXX loan process I was told that I would pay upfront the appraisal fee and it would be reimbursed back onto my credit card.It has yet to be refunded back to my card.I called and contacted the company.They said that it was applied as a credit on the closing docs, but it wasn't I reached out several times. I reached out to the XXXX of the company and he asked me to provide my address and he would take a look and get back to me on XXXXIt is now XXXX the following week.And he has yet to reply to any of the messages.
