I purchased a truck from XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/year> for {$26000.00} ( {$11000.00} XXXX {$5500.00} trade in value+ {$8300.00} financed by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The truck broke down on XX/XX/year>. XXXX XXXX began major engine repairs on truck from XXXX. I spoke with XXXX to let them know the situation with the truck and they requested a diagnostic report dated within XXXX days. The dealership already had the truck and would not give me a diagnostic report. I let Westlake know that the dealership refused to give me a diagnosis report. Westlake stated that I still need to make the payments on the truck and to get a diagnostic report. The truck not working has put me in a financial hardship. I requested for them to put my second payment in the back of my loan, thinking I was getting a fixed, working truck back. I provided Westlake with the vehicle repair report, which the dealership didn't want to give me also. Westlake still requested a diagnostic report. Currently right now the dealership still has the truck for repairs. Westlake has added late charges and are threatening to repo the truck. I have not been able to drive the truck for more than a week in the whole XXXX months of the loan.
