I ordered a XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$180.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX marked the order as delivered ( without any proof of delivery ) but it was not delivered. I called XXXX same day to report it missing and was told to call back after 48 hours. I called back after that time and was told to reorder the XXXX and I would be credited for the missing delivery. I did that on XX/XX/XXXX, paid for the exact same suit and had the new suit sent to a XXXX store to ensure receipt of the second suit. In addition I disputed the charge with my XXXX credit card. The original XXXX never showed up. It was either delivered to the wrong address or stolen by XXXX. I did everything promptly to inform XXXX of the missing order. Now, on XX/XX/XXXX I receive notice that my claim is denied by XXXX/Barclays/XXXX XXXX Credit Card . I called XXXX again and was told theres nothing they can do since its past 30 days. The original suit was never received. I should be credited for the {$180.00} I was promised for merchandise never delivered. I have been a cardholder with XXXX XXXX for 20 years. This is the first dispute Ive filed and they have completely mishandled this.
