My chime account was hacked and my email, and phone number was changed and I couldnt access my account. I had to contact chime to change the information back in which I was able to access my account. A total of {$300.00} was transferred to a XXXX XXXX when this happened and chime has denied my dispute XXXX different times. Im looking to take things to the next level because that is not acceptable.
