On XXXX third I went into XXXX XXXX 's website, clicked auto-pay, hit submitit said request received. Made a same-day manual payment too, amount right there on screen. Thought I was golden. Fast-forward XXXX daysno debits, no emails, suddenly it's delinquent and my credit 's wrecked. Only when I started calling did I uncover their buried alert from the twenty-sixthsaid, if you tried anything on the third and it's missing, call us. I never saw that message. Not in spam, not anywhere. Id say thats pretty squarely on them. I tried speaking to them XXXX on XX/XX/year> and the first XXXX but helpful but the 2nd lady couldnt wait to get off the phone.
