b'I made a purchase of XXXX XXXX XXXX with a person claiming to sell a product on Facebook. At first they asked for XXXX for the product and then XXXX for the cost of shipping. Then later on they asked for XXXX for insurance on the shipment. After repeatedly asking for tracking information they sent me a fake tracking number of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. After telling them that was not a real tracking number they blocked me from their Facebook page and would no longer respond. I then reported it to Chime as a scam and they said they would investigate but would that even if it was proven as a scam I would likely not get my money back.'
