I am filing this complaint because [ Experian / XXXX XXXX XXXX ] has willfully ignored its duties under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1681i ). Despite my disputes, the bureau failed to conduct a proper reinvestigation within 30 days, did not delete unverifiable information, and has not provided results. This violates 1681i and 1681e ( b ).
