In XX/XX/year> I requested a payment date change through their website 5 days before the bill was due. Changed from the XXXX of the month to the XXXX of the month. On the XXXX of XXXX I checked my on-line account to confirm the payment date had changed. It did not and it was showing the correct balance due. XXXX hours later I went back into my on-line account and it was showing I owed 2 months of payments and the due date was still on the XXXX. I paid what was owed on my XXXX billing statement and then called their customer service line. I spoke to multiple people all week and no one could help. They did confirm they saw I made the payment and that it looked like that since I changed the due date it made the system double charge me but they couldn't help with that. I then made a XXXX complaint and was contact by a XXXX XXXX. When I first spoke to her she gave me information on an account that didn't belong to me. She then stated that she would send an email to the XXXX department as each department has their own responsibilities and she isn't able to call anyone she just has to put in a request for the fix. I asked to proof of this contact and confirmation they would not send this to the credit bureau as I am paid up to date. She stated she did send the request but had nothing to prove that to me. She then called me a week later and stated that the issue was with another department and an email was sent to them. Again couldn't provide proof of this. I made my payment for XXXX, I actually paid over what was due, which I do most months. After I made this payment, I get an email telling me the issue was resolved and the case was closed. I went on-line to check my account and it was still showing a balance due. I then received an email stating that the issue had been closed, even though it was still showing a balance owed. I have tried to contact XXXX multiple times in the last XXXX weeks to find out the status and she has not returned any of my calls.
