I am filing a complaint against Sallie Mae regarding their refusal to provide hardship assistance or investigate an active billing dispute with my flight school XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I took out a Sallie Mae loan to complete a XXXX flight training program. The school only provided XXXX hours of instruction, yet billed me for the full XXXX hours.
