On XX/XX/year> in between the hours of XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, my bank account was accessed by somebody in XXXX minnesota, they changed my email, my password, and my phone number, they used the pay anyone feature on the app and sent out transfers adding up to XXXX dollars. Which was of course every penny I had. I woke around XXXX XXXX thursday XX/XX/year> ( XXXX day ), noticed I had a couple bank notifications, checked my email to find as i stated before, they had changed all of my login criteria. I then went to the website to to obtain the customer service phone number. I called customer service. Re Attained control over my account again by resetting my email and password through customer service. Filed a unauthorized transfer notice with claims, which continues to be denied, even though I continue finding proof. And that is where im at. These people that my money was sent to... are in 3 different states, all with what i assume are fake names, but active chime accounts..
