I called chime for the first time in 5 years of having them with a few questions and concerns. 1. Was why my deposited money wasnt fully there which we were able to conclude and I understood 2. Was the fact that I was trying to understand why I was receiving notices I spoke to a chime rep when I have never until today XXXX XXXX I told the first worker XXXX I was getting frustrated because we legit were going in circles so he laughed in my face and transferred me to disputes. I then asked XXXX or XXXX to identify me in another way thats not my social because this is where I had questions, I told them I didnt feel comfortable giving them FOR A THIRD TIME my social since that was the reason I was calling for they also hung up on me Then I spoke to their supervisor who was also of no help and hung up on me. As I am typing this at XXXX XX/XX/year> I received a text message of a survey from chime after this whole altercation. So now I want legal action taken against them.
