I received some information stating that I owe money for a credit card that I know for a fact that I did not have or open an account for. When I called to get some answers a woman who I spoke to on the phone sounded like she didn't care at all to hear my complaint but stated that I owe for an additional card as well that I also did not open. I got the impression from her snug and arrogant attitude that she must get commission from customers trying to resolve these issues but I am not one to pay for fraudulent activity involving my name.
