This past week I have had issues with accessing my earnings through DailyPay because I have transferred to another store ( no leave of absence or rehire ) every time I call I verified the company I work for XXXX brands and my identity and they constantly activate and deactivate my account. I was on call with supervisors and specialists last week about this and numerous times I have emails stating my account has been activated only to be deactivated again and again. Yesterday a supervisor told me he will activate my account and will make sure it wont happen again and will watch my account to ensure it. Only for it to happen again. This has caused great inconvenience because I use my earnings to get home from work and I request that something should be done about this.
