XXXX XXXX XXXX has been harassing about a debt from over XXXX years ago and the debt they are trying to collect isn't from the original creditor. They have called and texted me over XXXX times in the past week and when I spoke to the person handling the account, he threatened to sue me if I didn't pay the balance on the account. When I didn't give him the answer he wanted, he hung up on me. I am getting constant robocalls from them and I want it to stop. When I spoke to another representative today, I told him to cease and desist all calls, but he also said the company would sue me for the balance. I told them repeatedly that I would not talk to them about the debt since I never did business with their company, but they are still saying they will file suit for the balance.
