This promotional XXXX was a significant factor in my decision to apply. XXXX since found that the 0 % promotional APR is alluded to as a ~ possibility ~ in my initial documents but missing from the terms specific to my card. The document shows the standard 25.24 % APR with no promotional offer applied, despite the fact that the application page displayed 0 % APR as part of the offer. I contacted Capital One, and they informed me that no promotional code was attached to my account. However, the representative also stated that promotional APRs are only applied when a specific offer code is used. I explained that I applied directly through the promotional page where the 0 % XXXX was displayed. I would like Capital One to confirm the application offer ID associated with my approval, which would show whether the 0 % XXXX was displayed or included in the application funnel.
