Global Lending Services ( GLS ) hired a repossession agent who performed a violent and illegal repossession at my home on XX/XX/year> in XXXX, Colorado. The agent did not show any ID or paperwork. He dragged my car away while it was in park, damaging it. He ran over my fathers foot with the tow truck. Most seriously, he pulled out a firearm and pistol-whipped my XXXX brother in the face, causing serious injuries including a concussion and lacerations that required stitches. After the assault, he fled the scene dangerously and nearly caused multiple accidents. I have video evidence. GLS is responsible for the actions of their hired contractors. I am requesting a full investigation, a freeze on my account, removal of repo fees, and review for wrongful/illegal repossession.
