Noticed I have a first mortgage and a second mortgage. First home treated refinance as if I was just purchasing my instead of fha streamline re no cash out. However the refi was suppose to pay off everything only leaving me with 1 mortgage. My terms have changed and I have two mortgage companies I am dealing with XXXX XXXX mortgage loan number XXXX First home mortgage : refi, treated as if just purchased home however I have a XXXX and first mortgage like to explain how and why does first home mortgage XXXX XXXX called continues to be involved in loan info when XXXX XXXX suppose to services and lender. Please show proof of check paid to us bank to pay off 1st mortgage and the lien that should have been included and the home equity line of credit of line of credit taken out without my knowlege ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX included, hud, harbel housing. Need closing documents. Check you all first home mortgage alleged paid us bank off with XXXX. Explain why does it not show I did refi in XXXX md met XXXX XXXX time to sign refi and yet my name dates appear on forms that I am not aware of
