I asked the company Bridgecrest to send me documents on what information they use to verify this account dates names phone numbers they never sent me anything but a invoice in the mail and the invoice says I owe something then what they are reporting on my credit report they also are reporting that I have a repossession for XXXX XXXX but they are not reporting that I paid any payments from XXXX XXXX. I asked them to correct that and they never did I also asked them to send me a full breakdown of what they claim but they reporting something different on all three of my credit reports I sent in multiple dispute letters asking them to update or the information they have on my credit report or delete this account from my credit reportbut they refuse to do a proper investigation, Ask them to do multiple investigations. They say they did but never changed the information what they reporting on my credit report is different from the paperwork they sent me. I asked him to delete the account from my credit report and they did not do that so thats why I am disputing it with The CFPB. I would like this account to be deleted from my credit report immediately.
