XX/XX/XXXX {$140000.00}. I reached out to XXXX XXXX a servicer about why they start reporting an account that I was told that would not report at all from the original companies that I dealt with. I originally went to.truss financial to provide a HELOC and Ive had to make a complaint against them as well as Homebridge financial before reference with this complaint numberXXXX5 with the CFPB. I was insured that this account would not report negatively on my credit from the very beginning but XXXX has reported a fully drawn amount of the HELOC, as if I was not forced from the beginning to pull all of the equity, essentially misrepresenting the product and classifying the product as a HELOC
