OneMain was supposed to pay off several of my credit cards and loans but failed to pay XXXX, despite me providing the correct mailing address. Instead of notifying me or resolving the issue, they applied those funds to my OneMain loan without permission. Because of this, I am still responsible for the XXXX balance and now stuck with a consolidation loan that ultimately costs me more. Over the past two weeks, they have called me 27 timesoften multiple times a day from different numbersalong with sending texts and voicemails. Most of these calls happen while Im at work, where I can not take personal calls due to company policy and dash-cam monitoring. They have also contacted me on weekends, even the day after XXXX, despite me having XXXX very young children at home. Given the failed agreement and the excessive, disruptive contact, I am requesting to be placed on the Do Not Call list and for the debt to be cleared and written off on both ends.
