This debt was previously placed with XXXX and deleted after a CFPB complaint ( proof attached ). CYBRCollect later re-reported the same XXXX XXXX debt as a new tradeline in XXXX, changed the opened date, and falsely listed themselves as the original creditor. They never sent me any validation notice or dunning letter before reporting, violating FDCPA 809. This is illegal re-aging, inaccurate reporting under FCRA 623, and improper reinsertion of a previously deleted debt. I am requesting full deletion of this tradeline from all credit bureaus.
