My car was illegally repossessed. By the dealer XXXX XXXX XXXX and the finance company WESTLAKE FINANCIAL told me that the dealer committed fraud. The finance company and I were in good standing. I paid them on time. They will not give me my money back or my car. They tell me I have to talk to this dealer. They won't tell me what they found out in their fraud report against the dealer. Because the dealer took the car didn't give me no. Repossession paperwork. I didn't even have notice of them coming to repair. Possess my car the dealer repossessed my car for {$200.00}. But he told the finance company that it was a title issue with the DMV. Nobody wants to give me my car or any of my money which is over {$5000.00}. Now i'm being blackmailed and extorted to write a letter, calling myself a liar because I made complaint with the better business bureau.Now i'm being blackmailed, I feel like i've been mistreated and robbed.I have all the paperwork you need to so improve.I made all my payments and there was a transaction made against my card without my permission.Illegally .. WESTLAKE FINANCIAL SAID DEALER SHOULDVE NEVER GAVE ME THE CAR.... WESTLAKE FINANCIAL SAID CARS THEIR PROPERTY BUT WONT GET IT FROM XXXX XXXX XXXX
