XX/XX/year> Nelnet emailed me stating that I was on the SAVE plan but my application was not processed and was over 60 days old. XX/XX/year> I received a bill demanding payment, showing a {$700.00} amount due and a {$2600.00} past due balance, despite being within the alleged XXXX0nday window.
