I am submitting this complaint regarding inaccurate credit reporting by WFBNA / Wells Fargo. This account is being reported with material inaccuracies across credit bureaus. Specifically, XXXX is reporting a future Date Reported of XX/XX/2025, which is impossible and inaccurate. In addition, the payment history and dates of last activity are inconsistent between XXXX XXXX and XXXX for the same account. The account is closed and paid with a {$0.00} balance, yet derogatory late payment history continues to be reported inconsistently. This indicates the information is not being reported with maximum possible accuracy. I formally requested the method of verification under FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 7 ), including the documents reviewed, system used, and parties contacted to verify the late payments. I also submitted a direct dispute to WFBNA under FCRA 623 requesting documentation to validate the reported late payments, including a complete payment history ledger and proof of each late payment. Neither the credit bureaus nor WFBNA provided the requested documentation. The information remains inaccurate and unverifiable. Continued reporting of this account violates FCRA 1681e ( b ), 611, and 623. I am requesting immediate deletion of this account and all associated derogatory payment history from my credit reports and written confirmation that deletion instructions were sent to all credit bureaus.
