On XX/XX/year>, Coinbase restricted my account without prior notice and froze approximately {$11000.00} worth of XXXX. Due to market fluctuations, the value of the frozen XXXX has since decreased to approximately {$8000.00}. At the time of the restriction, I had an active loan on the Coinbase platform that is collateralized by XXXX held in my account. Because of the account restriction, I have been unable to access my account to make loan payments. As a result, the loan has continued to accrue interest, increasing my financial loss. I contacted Coinbase customer support multiple times requesting an explanation for the restriction, access to my account so I could manage my loan, and a timeline for resolution. Coinbase has refused to disclose the reason for the restriction and has provided only automated or generic responses. Coinbase support explicitly stated that the account restriction would be automatically lifted on XX/XX/year>. That date has passed, and the restriction remains in place with no resolution. Coinbase has also indicated that they are unlikely to refund the interest or losses caused by my inability to access my account, despite the restriction being imposed by Coinbase and outside of my control.
