I previously held a Target credit card. After the account was charged-off in XX/XX/XXXX, I entered into a written payment plan with Target Card Services starting in XX/XX/XXXX with an {$80.00} down payment paid over the phone with the collection agent, following then with 5 monthly ACH payments for {$77.00} each beginning in XX/XX/XXXX and concluding in XX/XX/XXXX. I received written confirmation of the payment plan and written confirmation of each successful ACH payment. The final payment under this plan was made in XX/XX/XXXX, after which the account balance should have been reported as {$0.00}. I pulled a credit report in XX/XX/XXXX to realize that the account balance and past due balance are reporting as {$380.00}. I sent direct dispute letters to Target on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and again on XX/XX/XXXX requesting the balance be updated to {$0.00}. I attached copies of the payment plan, payment confirmations and previous dispute letters. Balance information remains unchanged. I have also disputed with the 3 credit bureaus via their online platforms on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. All investigated have failed to update balance information.
