During a call with a XXXX representative on XX/XX/XXXX, the representative confirmed that the forbearance was active and that I was not required to make any payments during this period. The representative also stated that they could not stop an autopay instruction due to transfer issues and advised me to contact my bank. Today, XXXX initiated an ACH withdrawal anyway, which overdrew my account.
