On XX/XX/XXXX I woke up to XXXX Chime notifications informing me that XXXX withdrawals had been made at an ATM. I immediately called and informed XXXX bank and submit a fraud claim case with them. On XX/XX/XXXX I was informed that my fraud claim was denied, due to it being a bank holiday I was unable to contact them for further help. On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted them and was transfered to the claims department where I asked for information regarding why my fraud claim was denied, from there I was informed that the information could not be provided to me due to the information being in the hands of their investigation team. So I asked to be transferred to their investigation team where I was then informed that would not be an option. I then requested if the information could be emailed to me instead. From there I was informed that yes it could but it could take XXXX or more business days to recieve. My concern is that my bank is stalling for time, time that ATM footage could be wiped before proving I did not make or authorize these withdrawals. I would greatly appreciate an investigation into my situation. Because unfortunately I fear my bank is not doing everything in their power to help me.
