On XX/XX/year> I renewed my weekly stay at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX Ca. I was told by the Customer Service XXXX at the front desk if I did not stay the whole week I would be credited back the difference at {$71.00} per night. My debit card was charged a weekly fee of {$490.00} on the XXXX of XXXX. On XX/XX/year> I checked out and told the Customer Service Rep at the front desk I was leaving and if I could get an extension to leave by noon that day. I ended leaving earlier around XXXX am. I was told that I would be credited in XXXX to XXXX business days a total of {$350.00}. Yesterday I called XXXX XXXX XXXX and spoke to the front desk agent and she stated " She did not have a record of me checking out ''. I explained to her that I checked out on Tuesday XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX and our interaction was monitored and recorded on video. She told me the credit back to my debit card was going to take XXXX to XXXX business days. Today I decided to contact my credit union and file a dispute and the customer service rep told me they were going to start an investigation and that a provisional credit would be issued in a matter of days. I asked him why I was not granted an immediate credit as they always do for their customers and they said they needed to investigate. I asked to speak with the escalation department and I was quoted an unlawful time frame of the provisional credit taking up to XXXX days when in fact under Regulation E they are required to issue a provisional credit within XXXX business days. I need assistance in this matter and a provisional credit in the amount of {$350.00} issued back to my XXXX debit card ending in XXXX.
