My partners family stole my phone, cards and XXXX of my key fobs early in the morning XXXX weeks ago. As soon as I could I went to the police dept and filed a theft report and then got home and downloaded XXXX on my partners phone to call capital one and stop all transactions because I received emails saying money was being transferred out. This also happened with my XXXX XXXX Acct and can provide info and show you what they are doing ( thy have shut XXXX account down and blocked online access until new cards come in and I can go in person ) my XXXX was hacked into and also my XXXX account. Thousands of dollars across these accounts have been stolen by him. I didnt know the full extent when I called but they told me just from capital one it was {$2200.00}. My XXXX XXXX is {$1200.00}, XXXX XXXX is {$1400.00} etc. overall that XXXX stole from me and deputy XXXX was able to help me recover my phone and key fob. I tried calling capital one but I just got a busy line for about XXXX minutes before I hung up and tried emailing them but the email couldnt be delivered but wanted them to know my phone and key fob was recovered, however no cards or cash cause the XXXX already took everything. Excuse my language but I hate him and XXXX in the process of pressing charges against him. Regardless, it has been XXXX weeks now since I filed with capital one and have not received my money back, heard from them, or received a new cards. I have been transferring money out of the account as XXXX I can since I am unsure of whats XXXX on since there XXXX been any contact or even letters in the mail. I explained to the guys on the phone everything that happened I gave them his first and last name all the police report information address that I have etc and still nothing. I have bills and XXXX kids under XXXX. XXXX is in a few weeks I need my money and my bank has not XXXX any help to me since i initially called them.
