On XX/XX/year> wells fargo emails me of SSI deposit being available on XX/XX/year>, my current balance is {$4.00} plus SSI deposit. Then XXXX XXXX I receive email statement period is closed & suddenly I'm at a negative - {$5.00} after being charged the monthly fee. I was never in the negative until they charged the monthly which it has been explained & they know My or anyone 's SSI is sometimes sent at XXXX of the month instead of XXXX of month. monthly deposits of {$500.00} are suppose to waive the XXXX XXXX monthly fee. I brought this up to to management at Wells Fargo branch during the summer when I realized the multiple charges. I was refunded the monthly fees at that time & told this would be looked into. Now I see once again they deceptively charged monthly fee for XXXX because that deposit was done on XXXX now in XXXX they close the statement period to end on XX/XX/XXXX the XXXX XXXX for XXXX came in XX/XX/XXXX now it's another monthly charge it's crazy they set it up to rip anyone with early pay deposits off by charging monthly fees. Customers have no control when the social security administration deposits those amounts into bank accounts. If it's happening to me it's happening to millions of other people. I was told in the summer that if it happened again just to go back to the branch and I would be refund or reversed for those monthly fees but this shouldn't continue happening is the point. very deceiving, I've emailed Wells Fargo about this. It's an unfair practice. The other thing is they show deposit as immediately available but they don't disclose the money is actually available a few days later & what you can use without being overdrawn is what you had before the deposit. Now thats another fee. Such a scheme. At closing I was not at a negative. Yet they tacked on that monthly fee on XX/XX/XXXX making my account at a negative. It's really unfair.
