XXXX TD Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TD Bank Fraud Department XXXX XXXX RE : CFPB XXXX Your response dated XX/XX/year> is inaceptable for the following reasons : Your bank was notify by me on the phone and personally at the bank two days prior of your payment, that my TD bank account had being hacked at XXXX. Knowing this your bank, when ahead and process a payment for the same thief and the same amount used at XXXX, this time at XXXX. With a fraudulent account and non existent vendor as indicated in the letter by XXXX. Letter provided to the bank. Your security process was negligent in protecting my account. You ignored my warning and prefer to believe the hacker of my account. Since you do not want to admit your failure you use the dum excuse that the information was correct. The purchase was done in New York by the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX - XXXX XXXX, New York. I live in XXXX XXXX. The vendor XXXX XXXX doesnt exist and the website is inaccessible. The bank needs to take responsibility for there failure to protect my account and refund my money {$47000.00} Repeating my self, your response is unacceptable, the security negligence of your bank is unbelievable. The worst thing was that the bank doubted my word and prefer to cater to the hacker. Shame on you.
