On XXXX XXXX someone got into my Chime account, removed my passkey/facerecognition, changed information on account and made more than XXXX transfered transactions to multiple accounts that were not on my contacts, for a total of {$2100.00}, i was at work when this was happening and as soon as i got a break and checked my phone i saw the emails from a couple of minutes ago about the changes and transactions, i inmediatly called customer support and asked to speak with fraud support, the first guy who answered was not able to help me because he could not verify my identity and asked me to call again and see if someone else could help me, called again a lady answered and help me make the claim and get access to my account, the claimed was denied for lack of evidence apparently so i called back and requested for it to be re open and i submitted screensshots of everything expecting they can do something more than just close it and leave me without all the money i lost
