Consumer Narrative

Hello, I have loans serviced by Nelnet and they keep changing my loans without permission. I have scheduled autopayment and have never applied for any forbearance or other postponement. I have never asked for relief. I notice now my loan amount has increased and my credit dropped. I am requesting that someone take action to stop Nelnet from doing this to my loans and just let me repay them in peace. I have contacted them on a few occasions and they can never explain what they are doing without my permission.
