The company is trying to collect a debt I do not owe. I was forced to leave the apartment with a three-day notice and did not break my lease. After I moved out, they claimed inflated and inaccurate damages, including a {$3500.00} countertop charge that is false. I have video proof from my move-out showing the countertop was not damaged. They are also holding me responsible for damages that happened in common areas, not inside my unit.
