Wednesday XXXX I reported possible fraud on my TD Bank debit card. The TD phone representative gave me incorrect information and charged the wrong fee. I was told the replacement card would cost XXXX XXXX dollars for expedited service but the posted fee is XXXX XXXX. I was not informed that TD branches are able to issue same day replacement cards. I was charged an expedited fee but the replacement card still shows as processing so the expedited service did not happen. This has delayed my access to my own funds. I tried to escalate the issue but TD provided no working escalation email address and directed me to departments that do not handle XXXX accounts. I need the incorrect fee refunded and I need a replacement card issued immediately. TD has not taken this matter seriously and I am unable to resolve this through normal channels.
