Describe what happened : My debit card and checking account access with Citizens Bank have been repeatedly restricted without any notification. This has happened several times, including the most recent incident on XX/XX/year>, shortly after I filed merchant-error disputes for legitimate charges. My card was not stolen and there was no fraud. Each time a restriction was placed on my card, I received no email, no text message, and no phone call informing me that my card was blocked.
