I filed a dispute once I found out of an unauthorized transaction of about {$1000.00} total placed on XX/XX/year> and XX/XX/year> on myXX/XX/XXXX account link to my debit card. These charges are not mine and are fraud charges that I do not recognize and did not authorize. Once I found out of the unauthorized charge I notified XX/XX/XXXX right away and notified them of a Fraud charge and I filed a dispute. After few days, they told me that my dispute claim was denied and I will be responsible for the charges that I did not made. I requested for a written and detailed reason/evidence that I personally made the purchase but they did not provide it. They told me that they uncovered a number of links between the disputed orders and the information on my account. I have told them that I am a victim of Identity theft and somebody made unauthorized purchases using my account. I made it clear to them that I did not make or authorize the purchase.No one in my household/family made a purchase using my XX/XX/XXXX account. {$1000.00} is a significant amount of money to me and I should not be held responsible for purchases I genuinely did not purchase. Please Help
