Identity Theft - Fraudulent Account Opened Without Authorization On XX/XX/year>, a company account was fraudulently opened in my name without my knowledge, consent, or authorization. I never applied for any services with this company and have no relationship with them whatsoever. I discovered this fraudulent account when I was contacted about payment obligations for services I never requested or received. Upon investigation, I learned that : An unauthorized autopay arrangement was established using my personal information The account was allegedly connected to XXXX services XXXX confirmed I have never used their platform to establish any account with this company I have no record of any communication, applications, or agreements with this company I immediately contacted the company to dispute this fraudulent account and report the identity theft. I explained that this account was opened without my authorization and requested immediate closure and removal from all credit reporting. I have also filed a police report for identity theft and am disputing this fraudulent account with credit bureaus. Despite providing clear evidence that this is identity theft, the company has not adequately resolved this matter. I need this fraudulent account permanently closed, all charges removed, and written confirmation that I am not liable for any associated debts or fees.
