Im behind with Exeter whom I believe to be a predatory lender. Ive long. Struggled to be able to pay online- this is a method to force me further behind. In addition as Im already behind, more and more fees are being added. I tried paying via phone and online and nothing. Ive asked for extensions and or payment plans. Nothing.
