I am filing a complaint against Transworld Systems , Inc. for multiple violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). On XX/XX/XXXX, I mailed Transworld Systems a written request for validation of an alleged debt associated with Reference No. XXXX / XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Under FDCPA 809 ( b ), they are required to cease all collection activity and provide proper validation before continuing to collect or report the debt. Transworld Systems did not respond. Despite my written request, they continued collection activity and/or continued reporting the debt to credit bureaus without providing ANY validation. This is a direct violation of FDCPA requirements. On a second attempt, I mailed a follow-up validation request, clearly stating they had failed to comply with federal law and giving them an additional 15 days to provide : A copy of the original agreement bearing my signature A full account history showing all transactions Proof of assignment or ownership The name/address of the original creditor This letter was also ignored. Transworld Systems has never provided validation of any kind, yet continues reporting or attempting to collect. Because they failed to validate the debt after XXXX written requests, they are in violation of : FDCPA 809 ( b ) ( failure to validate/ continued collection ) FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 3 ) ( reporting unverifiable or inaccurate information ) I am requesting the CFPB require Transworld Systems to : 1. Provide full validation of the alleged debt as required by federal law, OR 2. Immediately delete the account from all credit bureaus if validation can not be provided, and 3. Cease all collection activity regarding this account. I have attached a copy of my second written validation request showing their lack of compliance. As well as the usps mail receipt showing delivery date. I dont have a copy of the receipt for the first letter. I apologize Thank you.
