On XX/XX/XXXX I paid a bill that put me in overdraft but wells fargo has 1 day off grace and my deposit on XX/XX/XXXX covered the expense. However they charged me overdraft because another charge put my acct into negative. I understand paying overdraft for the XXXX charge but they are saying that because my acct was not positive for XXXX hrs then they can charge me overdraft for both amounts. That is not right. I have disputed this on XXXX other occasions and all they do is explain their policy. It's not right that I'm being charged overdraft for amounts that did NOT put my acct negative.
