XXXX Claim ID XXXX Document request date XXXX Claim amount {$4900.00} Chime issued a check on XXXX But I couldnt cash it check reader wouldnt read it. Then account got closed out because they allowed somebody else that stole my purse and had access to my phone access my money and transfer money over to themselves. I did follow a police report and I also have the report number which is XXXX now I am told I have a check coming in my name for the amount of {$5.00} that was already issued to me on XXXX but they wont give me any information about why my account was closed besides and told that I fail to comply with terms of deposit in agreement. im told that they will not issue my check because the details they have were device usage login history and authentication and transaction processing detail where you can clearly see all of those XXXX are out of my normal usage.. Claim ID XXXX Reported XXXX Amount {$3500.00} A police report has been filed and been made against this individual and I would like justice I would like my bank to have my back and not just turned their back on me when someone could do something so heartless and leave their client so vulnerable. I am on the verge of losing everything I own because of this I dont know what else to do. I feel like they are just taking my money and chose to close my account out so they dont have to pay me no money that is rightfully mine that I own. I get put on hold for a very long period of time when I call or I get hung up on when they read the notes on my account. I was told to have the fraud department open my account back up so I can open these speeds up and get them taken care of but I keep getting the runaround from every department. I talk to or they tell me they cant give me information about my own account. This has caused me so much of inconvenience my whole worlds upside down. I just need somebody to place our compassion and try to put themselves in my shoes. This is ridiculous.
