On XX/XX/year> I lost my phone and there was about {$700.00} that someone used to XXXX XXXX people because my td bank card was attached to my XXXX wallet. TD bank allowed those charges to go through and also over drafted my account by {$100.00} and charged me the overdraft fees. I live on a fixed income. They provided me a provisional credit for {$700.00} and then took it back. XXXX XXXX has deactivated my XXXX wallet due to this and all I want is for TD bank to give me my money back because I didnt make nor authorize these transactions. I provided documentation to TD showing that I filed an insurance with XXXX and that my claim was approved I couldnt pay an insurance deductible until XX/XX/XXXX, when I could borrow the money.
