I rented this apartment from XXXX of XXXX to XXXX of XXXX and when I moved out, they tried to get more money from me for damages that I never incurred. unknown to them that I have a video and pictures of how Immaculate and intact the apartment was before moving out. I tried to resolve the situation with them, but all to no avail as they never responded to my email or call me back after I went in the office on three occasions trying to resolve the situation by showing them pictures and videos I made while I was moving out and they couldn't point at anything that was wrong from the video and yet decided to put it on my credit claiming I incurred damages when I moved out which is false. They are fond of doing this because it's student housing and most students are international, so they take advantage of the situation.
