I stopped using the credit card from CAPITOL ONE many months ago because the interest and fees were exorbitant. However, my debt kept increasing though I was still making {$200.00} payments on less than {$1000.00}. I called the company for explanation. They said it was part of the contract I signed. I asked them to provide the contract and verification that they had a signed copy. They could not provide a signed contract. I sent two letters. One with a cease and desist order. They have not complied and continue to call and text. They have also been notified that with no proof of signed contract they have no means to collect the debt. They countered with the fact they needed more information to implement the cease and desist order, as well as informing me I am delinquent on my payments. This is a form of harassment.
