On the day of the event ( XX/XX/year> ), XXXX and the venue removed my seats due to a stage/production change. When my tickets were scanned at the gate, the scanner displayed a mark restriction error, meaning the seats no longer existed and I was denied entry. This is a clear case of services not provided / merchandise not received.
